Moggio
Tink
Dangerous Kitchen

In that order.

I've always loved the record, but the instrumentals just slay me.

I can see both sides on this album. To me it is hardly one of his better albums, I can agree that the production sounds to sterile for me. However, there is some AMAZING stuff here! Like We Are Not Alone, what a unique song, such energy! And Tink and Moggio of course. Beyond that... well I can understand how the sprechstimme gets on people's nerves after a few times, but I actually LOVE Luigi!

Great to see Moggio is still kickin' ass in the poll, more than two years later!

Ya, Dangerous Kitchen on YCDTOSA vol. 1 kicks so much ass, I never really was able to appreciate the original fully because I'd heard the live version first. Even better once seen on video in DHBIM and watching Scott laughing his face off, loving the impromptu performance. Thunes was such a joy to watch on stage!

"Moggio" is good, but for me it's "We are not alone" because of the eyebrows.

For some reason, I didn't think that I was gonna like this album but I did. Quite a bit actually.

I need to listen to it a few more times before I decide on a favorite song.

We Are Not Alone, only reason I ever really put this one on...

Heard the song performed live by Ed Palermo's big band, it was GREAT... Wish FZ had done a live version of this.

Moggio is one of Frank's absolute best tunes.

It's a GREAT album. It's a tie for me, between We Are Not Alone and Moggio.

I like the instrumentals best on this album with Moggio being my favourite. A great track, that one. (Also love the live version on YCDTOSA Vol.5)

This was my first Zappa album and it obviously did the trick because it gave me a good idea of what Zappa was all about and made want to listen more. Amazing instrumentals, live improvisations, science fiction, (anti) drugs, sex and everything in between...a pretty good cross-section.

And it's not nearly as bad as "Thing-Fish"...now THERE's a waste of two hours...

I voted for, perhaps, not the "best" song, but it sure is my favorite. No need to watch your back, when Frank's Gotcha Covered.

Listen to the original version here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IatOUU5bQMk
