This is the hardest one for me, Jazz From Hell is one of the most consistent albums Zappa ever made.

EDIT: I went for G-Spot Tornado, but they were all very close.

Night School. Check out the Ensemble Ambrosius version of the composition as well.

This is one of just 2 FZ albums I've never heard (the other is Francesco), apart from "Night School" and "G Spot". As such, I will abstain from voting in this poll. I really need to buy this soon.

I'm the one who voted for St. Etienne. (I expect I won't get any company on that.)
I find the syclavier stuff listenable, but if there's a live band song as part of the choice (especially with guitar solo), then that's where my ears perk up.

St Ettiene is very nice, but I would have to say G-Spot Tornado. It really rips. It is a close call which of the synclavier pieces I like the best. I like the slight spooky nature of half recognizing the samples from other songs. It has an unearthly effect.

Love Night School & and G-Spot, but my fave is
the title track.

Anybody heard the ASKO ensemble performing it?

Agreed, I love that solo, but I still voted for Night School as the synclavier is what the album is really about.

I chose Night School, because I think G-Spot Tornado only really came to life as an orchestral song. Jesus! That Yellow Shark version is enough to give me nightmares for life, in a good way.
