Okay...Okay...Okay...I know that a few of these are readily available. For instance, "Guitar" is on YCDTOSA-5, "Armaments" is on Halloween, and "Dancin' Fool" is on the vinyl-version of Strictly Commercial, as well as the Japanese cd-version of Strictly Commercial. For the most part, these are versions of songs that are probably not in your regular listening rotation. I would love to acquire the rights to a Rarazappaties album.

For the purposes of voting, if you're not familiar with all of the versions, then just go with what you know.

If you've come to view, why not vote, too? 8)

Too bad "Bognor Regis" isn't on the poll. I think it was released as a b-side to "Sharleena" in 1970.

I had considered Bognor Regis, but I believe it still remains officially unreleased, which disqualifies it from this poll. Of course, for anyone who wants to vote for it, I invite them to visit the Hot Rats poll, wherein it is an option.

Ancient Armaments. One of my favourite FZ guitar solos/ensemble improvisations.

I remember this being played on the radio in Milano/Italy in '80. Strange experience even then. Impossible today.

What's different about this compared to the album version?

The original mix of I Don't Wanna Get Drafted is on The Lost Episodes. After subtle changes, it was released as a single in 1980, then later redone entirely on the 1981 You Are What You Is album.

PS: There's a live version on the newly released Buffalo album.

It's on disc one of Stage-5, ya know. Of course, I know you wanna fetish the original record in your hands.

Thanks. I'll have to hear that original version. I love that song.

Still waiting for my Buffalo.

Ancient Armaments (B-Side to I Don't Wanna Get Drafted single)

I would have voted for Lonely Little Girl if it was the 1975 tour version

I've got to go with "Ancient Armaments" as it's the only FZ single I own. Or am I forgetting something? Hrmmmm.....
