Way too hard for me to vote on this one, I'm sorry. It's just TOO good.

Fuck, this one was HARD. Cosmik Debris...with Uncle Remus being a very close second.

It's a so-so album by Zappa standards, but Yellow Snow is the winner.

I thought it was on par with most of his rock albums, most of them are pretty inconsistent but there's always a few gems on each of his albums, even Thing Fish (in before flame).

Uncle Remus because it is a freak anthem, and I identify w/ the lyrics of the song. Great harmonies as well as a very melodic solo by Zappa.

Stink-Foot is also one of Zappa's best solos.

I love this album from start to finish, but the title track is my personal fave because it's so dirty and groovy. I've played it to heaps of people who profess not to like Zappa and they love it!

Runners up for me are Uncle Remus and Cosmik Debris. I can't really take any of the four opening tracks on its own. For me they always work best as part of the Yellow Snow 'suite'. And Stink-Foot's great too!

Damn what an album!

I love Father O'Blivion, gorgeous melody, ridiculous lyrics...what more could we ask for?

St. Alphonzo here. The title track is actually the one I like the least on the album.
