Not a fan of the fiddle, or is just the fiddler?

Well I like a fiddle, and sugar Cane and Ponty are most excellent players, but to me its not quite right in 'rock' music. Lots of notes, not enough 'feel'. But who the f*** am I?

I might have overdid it today. Listened to both Uncle Meat and Chunga's Revenge from start to finish as well as a few songs from Act III of Joe's Garage.

which sounds much better than the cd ....

YES. I just got the CBS pressing and it is a thing of pure joy. Can't say how much I have fallen in love with this album. I do miss Luigi though after being used to the CD version.

Thanks for reminding me of this album. I have not listened to this enough to really love it, but I'll give it another try today. Maybe it works today

It will definitely take some getting used to. First pass didn't really grab me.

Going to guitar land tonight with my other new purchase.

Today's playlist. Subject to change if I receive a package at the post office today.

Feeding The Monkies was actually a nice album to wake and bake to with a cup of coffee this morning.

As I am currently on Joe's Menage, I just realized I'm on my 3rd version of the song Chunga's Revenge today.
