zircon encrusted tweezers to pinch the clittoris is what i thought. its a song about sex, some of it a bit nasty and dirty (without cooties though) so why not use tweezers? or to pinch the nipples or in some other sadistic sexual, titillating, abusive way.
maybe to pluck away pubic hairs? heheh

and sterilizing them because you should do that with any sex toy before use.
