After thinking about this for a few mins I think that Crux Of The Biscuit is the Apostrophe P/O.

Note on Amazon to do with Zappa For President:

Frank Zappa For President? You betcha! We know at various times he wanted to run for office. In the spirit of the 2016 dramatic presidential election adventures, comes a release that gives us a glimpse into what could have been. This album is comprised of unreleased compositions realized on the Synclavier along with other relevant tracks mined from the Vault with a political thread tying it all together. Don t forget to Register and Vote!

Note on Amazon to do with The Crux Of The Biscuit:
The Crux Of The Biscuit was created in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of Frank Zappa's 1974 album Apostrophe('). As part of the ongoing Project/Object Audio Documentary Series, it contains rare alternate mixes, live performances & studio session outtakes. This release celebrates the creation of a truly iconic record that reached the Top Ten in the Billboard Chart and earned FZ an RIAA Gold Record Award.

Are these truly official releases? I saw them awhile back and assumed they were probably bootlegs...

Having never heard of MusicTAP I wasn't sure if this was a credible source. Perhaps you should expand your own reading comprehension, considering I was asking if they were TRULY official releases, clearly showing I read that the article said they were from Zappa Records.

Sorry but I'm not gonna dumb down or over explain my posts just so YOU can understand them, I know age takes a toll in that area, but you have to keep trying! You can do the same, and eat shit while you're at it!

Not as interested in the Zappa for President release, though I will buy it.
But the (') P/O release is going to make my ears cry for joy.

Amnerika........ WITH VOCALS ?????

I hope it's really what the title says, and not the version from Thing-Fish ("The evil prince" is Amnerika with dialogue over the synclavier piece).

Nice!

FZFP will probably only be decent.

However, I'm very much looking forward to TCOTB, even though I definitely thought the 40th Anniversary P/O edition was going to be a multi-disc set, ala the MOFO P/O?!

The version I'm familiar with has NMB doing the melody in an operatic-type vocal.

Yeah, but according to one of the press releases ( http://www.universalmusicenterprises.co ... ail?id=668 ) it, "... was created in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of Frank Zappa’s 1974 album Apostrophe(')."

Yep, just a couple years behind schedule. "Produced by GZ & JT." Guess illness and the determination to mount 200 Motels, get Roxy done sidelined it.

Only $6.98 on Amazon! I'm guessing this is more an EP than an album.
