thanks vm, if grundman can match what he did for hot rats, these both should be excellent ... waiting for a call from my record shop, any day now

.$25.17 . . . . $19.56
Image . . Image

both lps are priced less today than inflation based on original sticker prices

freak out: $3.99 in 1966 should be $28.69
overnite sensation: $6.98 in 1973 should be $36.62

I listened to OS on Sunday. Sound quality is excellent. Great dynamics, fantastic bass. Home run!

first thing noticed was the guitar solos go a bit louder than the discreet version, the pignose has more edge ¿ marginally brighter ¿ ... those solos give my speakers a good workout

Bought some zappa vinyl off ebay, supposed to be Near Mint / Very Good....all three were awful dished and/ or scratched.
Got the the two re issues Freak Out and Overnite Sensation...bliss. Has there been any hints on any more vinyl re issues.

That is just too bad. I suspected such things could happen, but I never received a record with an inferior quality.
The only problem I had with auctions was with my first order of Apostrophe (') Au20 (ar. $40).
I paid by Western Union knowing it was risky, and I received ... nothing.
Don't attempt to reproduce @ home.
