From Amazon reviews :

The most interesting track though, is Galactic Achievement Society's Waving Man. Not an actual Zappa composition, Waving Man is an original composition composed in tribute to FZ, and the similarity between it and Zappa's actual work is truly eerie. It's not a rip-off of Frank's work, however. Waving Man presents the sort of bizarre story and characters we've come to expect from pieces like Billy The Mountain, Cosmik Debris and Don't Eat The Yellow Snow in the wild, musical free-for-all style that Zappa employed in the 70's and early 80's. Even without Frank or any of his band members, Waving Man sounds like it could slip inconspicuously between the tracks of Sheik Yerbouti or You Are What You Is and is definitely worth the price of the album.

Also :

These are some truly horrendous manglings of great music. As with most so-called "Jam" bands, these guys can't jam to save their life. They are painfully unhip, unsoulful, and unfunky. Do yourself a favor and never EVER buy this album. All you jam bands out there, please, stay away from Zappa, and stick to your cliched Dead ripoffs.

You choose...........
