Could someone explain (to a non american/english man) what Zappa means with "The white zone is for loading and unloading only If you got to load, go to the white zone. You´ll love it. It´s a way of life" from Joe´s Garage.

I know that there is a white zones outside airports and hotells but I´m sure Zappa use "The White Zone" as a metaphore for somehing else. But What? Help me out here!

Watch the movie "Airplane". In the very beginning they make some really funny "The white zone is for loading and unloading" jokes...
