Dirtsail0r, I've been dreaming to find a situation like yours, so I could finish my Zappa vinyl (at least one version) LP collection.

Did anyone here pick up the promo LPs from the big Vintage Vaultage Vinyl jumble sale some years back?

I have the promo's for Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, but I got them when they came out, not from the Jumble sale.

If you decide to open the Ruben album, check the record label. That's the best way to see if it is from the original set.

Note that it's sides 11+12 (not 1+2)

Catalogue number on cover should be BPR-7777-5

Thanks man!

I live in New Jersey and by me its impossible to find anything beside Hot Rats or Were Only in It For The Money on cd. So today me and my buddy took the bus to New York and walked a couple miles to some record shops. They had some great stuff! Though the vinyl was all mint original copy i did not have the cash and i really wanted studio tan! So i purchased cd versions of Burnt Weeny Sandwich, Grand Wazoo, and Just Another band from LA!

I took advantage of the free shipping, also was able to use a 15% off coupon code (LNSurvey10), total savings on product & shipping was $21.28. :D

But don't get them individually...get the box, for the fancy packaging, and the "gifts".

They are already waiting for me. Box one and two, with all in. All my OMBs came as original and almost mint condition, I got the shirt, the poster and all promo stuff... I am a proud owner now.

Well, mon, gi'e us a photo of you wearing the beret!
