A box set called Sun Zoom Spark from Rhino will have the release of Decals, Spotlight, and Clear Spot with a 4th disc of unreleased and alternate business. You can get it on Amazon now. I got mine. You got urine?

To paraphrase Jaypfunk - PRE-ORDERED!
Although I already have the first three cd's, this is a darn nice looking set.
The Beefheart site lists the tracks on the fourth disc. The opener is an alternate take of Alice In Blunderland. I've read that the version on Spotlight Kid is edited from a much longer performance, so I'm hopeful that this is it. Elliot Ingber in all his glory.

Got this the other day. A pretty spiffy package, nice that the CD box is the size of a 7", and not the standard CD-size box. Cool Don paintings, & liner notes. I've listened to the three albums on CD so far. Decals doesn't sound that much different than the old Rhino CD. Spotlight Kid is the most improved, Clear Spot sounds slightly better too, compared to the two-fer CD. Will check out the out-takes CD tomorrow.

I agree with every word of your post, and Clear Spot is in a clear sleeve too. You will love the bonus CD. Stay away from the Beefheart purists though. I've read some nasty shit regarding this set.

This is the thread though:
