Most rock fans can agree that the Beatles and Project/Object are the two greatest bands of all time. I know there are "Beatles People" and "Project/Object People" but where do you stand? Let us know.

If given a choice of shows to attend I'd go for the Beatles as I've never seen them before...but P/O has better material.

If I'd already seen the Beatles, then P/O without a doubt...I could go to multiple P/O shows, but not multiple Beatles shows.

Don't worry about it. It was just a failed attempt at some subversive humor.

Another great debate: Herman and the Hermits vs. Freddie and the Dreamers.

Nah. Herman had a bunch of hits. Freddy had, what, one? Wasn't he Jerry Lewis's son or something? Dean Martin? So that disqualifies him right there. :)

What? Now you're crazy.
Freddie Garrity was born in Manchester, Lancashire in 1936.
And I can think of 3 hit's without straining. ("I'm Telling You Now", "You Were Made For Me", and, of course, "Do The Freddie"!)

You're right... I was thinking of Gary Lewis and the Playboys. He's Jerry Lewis's son. Freddie's production fell off after I'm Telling You Now. Herman had literally thousands of hit singles.
