Hey, that's the old GDR (East German) label (Amiga).
If you love dreadful music and dreadful design the 70s and 80s in the GDR would have been paradise for you...

Just about ANYTHING is bad from this cover. You'd never guess that girl is 16, she looks like she's in her 40s. The composition is awful and off-balanced. The colours are hideous. The photo is bad. The music genre is Dutch folk-pop, so no matter what way you look at it, run as far away as you can.
