Ok, here is the official site for the 2009 version of Missing Persons. Lineup is Dale Bozzio, Warren Cuccurullo, Joe Travers, Scheila Gonzalez, and Doug Lunn.

http://missingpersonstheband.com/

No cat jokes, no gay jokes, no Travers-not-working-on-Roxy jokes, no Trendmonger jokes (and, please, no 9/11 "truth" jokes). Actually, please be boring.

xxx, HJ

Edit: Couldn't help myself: Look what the cat dragged in:
Image
The recently retired Thomas Nordegg!

And the band still has a great-looking girl in the band:

And they have Warren in somewhat tight leather pants:

And Joe protecting the artist formerly known as Missing Person's intent:

PS: Warren and Dale are currently in rehearsal for the "Exotic Erotic Ball" (try the link on the band website - wonder what they are rehearsing?)

Missing Person are reforming with at least one original member of the band.

(No jokes here)

Anybody remember the Beavis & Butthead episode where they do "Words"? To hear them singing back "Do you hear me?" like a robot Dale was pretty good.

Anyway, I hope their tour goes well. I saw Dale doing it with some other people back in the 90's and she just seemed...sad.

I have a cat name Levon after the man himself. No joke. The Band is where its at

Levon Helm has a new album and currently tours the North east (or was recently). New York and surrounding states. I would love to see him before I die, but Im on the wrong coast for that. He usually has special guests at his shows. Like, very special guests. Bob Dylan and shit

Also, do yourselves a favor and try to see J.J. Cale before he croaks. great show. And John Prine for that matter...
