What always gets me is: Why is a Canadian so invested in Ron Paul? He's marginal in US politics, so he's got to be less than zero in Canada. What gives, Disco Dude? (There's only one good answer, but I'll bet you're afraid to say it.)

It's because the U.S. dollar is the world's reserve currency. When that goes down, we all go down too.

And you believe that Ron Paul has the power to stop what the owners of the US have already decided? Does he have his own nuke or something? It wouldn't matter. That wont stop 'em.

Your future's been planned for you.

If Ron Paul were President, you couldn't say that for certain.

A convenient excuse. I think you are a bit full of it.
There is PLENTY to like about Ron Paul. And there is plenty NOT to like about him.
There is no white knight a'comin' silly boy.

Thats actually pretty cool!

If you get a chance, check out this form of origami that uses shadows and actuall real facial profiles from actual people. I had the pleasure to see this womans work in person. Origami Shadow Art | Kumi Yamashita

A local art museum had her work on display in my hometown last fall.

What you don't seem to understand is that the dollar and his knowledge of it is only ONE of the reasons why I support Ron Paul.

There are things about RP that I don't like. But those are mainly to do with some of his personal beliefs since he's religious. And ultimately, they don't matter much since he's not really mixing them in with his political platform. There's a distinct line between the two. But you'd know that if you actually read this thread and were paying attention...

Whilst the future is planned by the government, I can and have chosen to change my outcome.

Just to be clear: I didn't mean you personally. But I respect your choice to fight back against the systematic destruction of all our hopes and dreams by the greedy International Class who own the planet.
