In every sport, the winner is the one who had the highest score, may it be baseball, hockey, tennis, anything... I think we all agree on that. No much fuss about the second one.

Having, in my time, read the Bible, and knowing what it takes to go to heaven, I came to the conclusion that not many of us would see the Pearly Gates. Cause what you have to do/accept to go there is not accepted/followed by a vast majority of people, even among people who said they are Christians and do believe in the Holy Script, and are not, by the Book's standards.

What's my point ? I'm coming to it now. There'll be more people in Hell than in Heaven, simple as that. So, would God proclaim Himself the winner of that battle against Lucifer seeing that Hell is full-packed and Heaven is so-so ? He'd be a sore winner ?!? Unless He have a trick up His sleeves.

Don't take it too seriously, folks. It's only a thought that crossed my mind. 8)

Maybe they're playing golf.

To add some spice to this thread let's start listing all the songs that have either heaven or hell in their title and we'll see who wins. Here's a few to get the ball rolling. Each new poster-update the score.

"Hot Plate Heaven at The Green hotel"-fz
"Jazz From Hell"-fz
"Highway to hell"-ac/dc
"Heaven"-Talking Heads
"Mushroom Festival In Hell"-Ween
"Hell Is for children"-Pat Benatar

SCORE: Hell-4 Heaven-2

Great job, folks...you take Mij's great philosophical idea and turn it into a simplistic gainsay contest of heaven v hell by listing rock songs...real mature.

Oh, and uh, by the way:

Heaven and Hell - The Who
Hell's Bells - Bruford

Hell-11, Heaven-10

What about the band Heaven 17?
