I've looked him up several years ago... but not since! :)

You poor people don't have the Young Ones?

I think I last watched The Young Ones in the late 1980s. I imagine they show it on the BBC cable channel, since they never show anything new there. Finally, about a month or so ago, I was able to watch the Alan Partridge movie that came out last summer and that was On Demand. Good thing I didn't need a physical copy or I probably still wouldn't have seen it!

20 years ago, a serial rapist was active in Utrecht, where I studied. During my studies he started doing things again, for a while it was pretty close as I had to dodge two serial rapists whenever I went to college (there was another one in my neighbourhood).
He's just been caught. Took twenty years, but he was caught after getting condemned for bike theft, he had to give a DNA-sample to the Dutch criminal DNA bank and was linked up.

Seems that all my friends and family have just rallied round and I now have 9 (nine) votes now
I dont care if yous fucking hate it and vote for everyone else, but its a nice tune IMO.

Man uses blowtorch on spider, burns house

A US man who used a can of spray paint and a lighter as a makeshift blowtorch to kill a spider in his laundry room started a blaze that caused NZ$69,000 worth of damage.
The man and his mother got out of the house, and no injuries were reported in the fire that broke out in the West Seattle home, said Kyle Moore, a spokesman for the Seattle Fire Department.
Moore said the man used the spray paint and lighter as "a self-made blowtorch to kill a spider in the laundry room" of a rental house.
"I don't want to encourage people to do this, but that's what he did," Moore said. "The spider tried to get into the wall. He sprayed flames on the wall, lit the wall on fire, and that extended up to the ceiling."
Firefighters initially fought the fire from outside after someone reported hearing ammunition go off in the house. Crews eventually went inside the house after confirming from tenants that there was no ammunition inside.
The man initially tried to put water on the fire, but he wasn't able to put it out and the blaze quickly spread into the attic.
"There are safer, more effective ways to kill a spider than using fire," Moore said. "Fire is not the method to use to kill a spider."
The Red Cross is providing temporary shelter for the home's two residents, whom authorities have not identified.
As for the spider, Moore said: "I'm pretty sure the spider did not survive this fire. The whole wall went."

The New Development Bank (NDB), formerly referred to as the BRICS Development Bank, is multilateral development bank operated by the BRICS states (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) as an alternative to the existing World Bank and International Monetary Fund. The Bank is setup to foster greater financial and development cooperation among the five emerging markets. It would be headquartered in Shanghai, China[3] and the first chief executive will come from India.

Breaking news for an old story.

The story of a man who is not only bizarrely sexually attracted to cow manure, but also appears to be solely sexually attracted to cow manure from a specific farm.

Big news (at least for me...)

Trying to convince my band, I bought 3 Hal Leonard songbooks about Frank's music (Apostrophe, Overnite, OSFA).
I'm trying my luck at getting them to play "Andy".

Gail, I won't make any money doing so. No need to sue me !

Good news! Could you post the results somewhere if you're successful?

If possible, I will. But I have to get the other guys to do it.
That's always the problem in a band.

If not, I'll still have the songbooks for my personal enjoyment !
