There are a lot of posts in this forum about TicketMaster, and many of them are complaints. There is a reason for this. TM is a greedy monopoly that doesn't give a @#$! about anything except their profits. They will continue to pooch us (the devoted fans) with excessive service charges and 'convenience' fees, but deliver very little in return. I am not sure what the Band gets for their service, hopefully it doesn't hurt like it hurts us.

I am disappointed you have chosen to use them for your '09 fall tour. Maybe next time if you STOP using TicketMaster.

I have to say TM has screwed me a number of times. The last time, a few months ago, they double sold my seats. Luckily I arrived first but still ended up sharing the space with the other couple. Growing up in the Bay Area we always had BASS which was great and never had any problems, they were bought by TM. After Bill Graham died everything went to shit.

I still have not recieved my tickets for the San Jose show and I am very concerned!
