So there you have it SOME Clues as to SOME of the many exciting things in the works.
Gathering up the evidence to the public at large in this interview,
past and present ZPZ Blogs and DZs interviews with PCAudiolabs there are enough clues for
anyone with a Sherlock Homes cap to understand their is yet more to this SOME than you might think.

Based on first hand knowledge I can certainly attest that the SOME
is not only of grandeur but in the ZPZ CD project where Dweezil states

"It has some of my most adventurous guitar playing on it, in my opinion. There’s one particular solo on the song “Zombie Woof” where I… when I was playing it… the process that I decided was to ignore what key I was in and I was only going to create contours and shapes. Frank talked about when he was really in the zone of playing he was making air sculptures and he was thinking about making shapes and contours. For one of the only times when I’ve been present enough to be in that moment and decided to go for it and have a completely out-of-body experience, I was lucky enough to actually get a recording of it. The solo itself is like nothing I’ve ever played before and I have no idea what it is. It’s like, literally, I knew the solo was in A, but I was certainly anywhere but in A. But it works."

I have danced knowingly.

This is one project that we spoke about. I have kept silent about this and will remain silent about the details
but those contours and shapes are one of the ingredients that no matter if I count the days in October of 2009
or until it arrives as now schedueld for the early part of 2010 that is one specific item I am zen like on some days
and others as I said have danced with the depraved abandon longer than you might think.

Not sure of where that particular Zomby Woof Solo comes from.
One wonders if it could be from the small performance clip
that you can see at the 3:40 mark of the
Experience PRS - Dweezil Zappa Interview: Making a Custom PRS video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9dcFLU7ubE8.

Here s a larger Carolina Youtube Clip from the PRS performance
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkYBWHP-PD4

Dweezil was playing a PRS guitar in that video and he had never even played one before.
This Zomby Woof download could very well be from the Experience PRS 2009 Open House
event back in late September this year and their previous live performance was late August.
With DZs Room service RIG it is by no means a remote possibility to record the September PRS
performance and use that recording.
One can tell that Ben Thomas is on vocals so one knows it was not taken from the YCFOSA Tour.

http://www.prsguitars.com/experiencephotos/index.html

The particular tonal landscape that Dweezil is using is very much
of the Edgar Winter Frankenstein synth mode. For anyone that thinks
this or DZs ZPZ solos are predominantly of the Eddie Van Hallen clone
show that they have not a clue as to what Dweezil has been doing over the last four years.
The solos have changed drastically since the beginning of ZPZ Inauguration April 2006
and this here Zomby Woof is one where Dweezil is just ever more so
in some The Return Of The Son of Zomby Woof Meets Frankenstein galaxy
as compared to anything to do with Eddie Van Hallen.

But on a different note you did mention DZ PROJECTS.
You can see how some of these are really starting to get some promotion.
The CDs, DVDs & new Website are getting Ink. Education, The FZ stuff.
I am unsure of the launch date of Dweezil Zappa World Dot Com
but it is something I have been looking forward to since back in August.
Now this is in no way to say the website is delayed for it only seems logical to launch
the new site closer to the release of Official offerings.

But for those that need DZ/EVH

If would expect the launch date to coincide somewhat closer to
the beginning of Official release of DZs new projects.
Dweezil has stated first quarter 2010 for a new ZPZ CD.

Dweezil has yet to give the final edits to the webpage developers. He doesn't want to release something without the highest quality.

Ah, yes...one more project, to help fill all those empty off-tour hours he has.

My son said that he is using a tri tone scale on the Zomby Woof solo. I would really love it if he came here to Pleasanton to play with the PMS rock and roll club but I'm sure he will do something even cooler than that.

I'd like to see him add a couple of his own songs to the tour. why not eh? I like his last album a lot!
