Explanation, great. Now the following steps should be undertaken by Dweezil:

Publish this in a proper place, not tucked away in a website hidden by a lot of drool and needless profanity.
Consider not offering the downloads and giving a refund. Three years is an insane amount of delay considering the initial offer was one week: concert visitors may have completely lost interest in whatever you are doing, have passed away, become stern calvinists, acquired a different e-mail address, whatever. By now quite a few of them are absolutely not interested in checking your website on a frequent base to see if they're there yet.
Try to care about your fans, which also means try to care about your less-than-hardcore fans. After all, they care about you. (Insert CareBear picture) Saying someone's departure from your fan base doesn't mean anything to you really makes you look like an insensitive asshole. (Yes, profanity from my mouth. I strive to time my profanities well.) Bad behaviour towards "lower" or "ex" fans will encourage stronger fans to fall out as well.
