I like the solo on Inca Roads, OSFA version. I also like Rat Tomago a lot. Of course, then there's St. Ettiene, Yo Mama, and the live Holiday in Berlin. Can't forget Montana (OS) version. Nor SUAPYG from the album of the same name.

There might be a couple others that are my favorites. But it keeps shifting and shifting over time, from one day to the next, etc.

Sheik Yerbouti Tango always did it for me as far as the live solo's are concerned. Also love all the different live sounds he used from tour to tour, Most people may not like it but i loved the sound of the solo's on the 84 tour, most of the 88 guitar solo's kind of bore me, there are some hot ones in there but in general its more miss then hit on that last tour (for me)

There are a couple of very long Dupree's Paradise solos from 1974, 5/8 Edinboro and 10/1 Basel, around 12-15 minutes each. Can't think of a longer one offhand.

EDIT: there is also the 15:45 Zoot Allures on FZPTMOFZ, but it depends whether you consider the entire piece a "solo" or a theme of three minutes or so followed by a solo.

Rat Tomago, Occam's Razor, Stevie's Spanking (Rome '82) are some of the highlights.

My favorite is the solo at the end of Punky's Whips on BABY SNAKES. Just watching it gets me pumped up.

From the Cologne show 1982. Can't remember right now if it was Zoot Allures or Easy Meat. The solo was partly released on Guitar. Unfortunately the best part was cut out.

You are probably thinking of the Zoot Allures solo included under the title "When No One Was No One" on Guitar.
