I don't even know why you're asking. It's pretty obvious.

Not unless there is a "mini-me" Zappa running around somewhere. (Hiding in the vault, maybe??)

According to David Ocker, the pic is real, though they are pretending to play.

Who is they exactly that are pretending. I can't say that I recognize them, other than F.Z. of course, which I do think is superimposed somehow.

I thought the guy on the left was Robert Fripp.

This picture is a very good thing to demonstrate how our senses can betray us. Most think it is a fraud, some even questioned why cleon would ask such question, since it was so obvious...

At first I thought Frank look pasted onto the pic to me and I agreed that he looked small...

IMHO the picture is genuine. The light scape point perspective seems to be coincident... Frank being small could be some sort of parallax or other optical trick...

Thanks cleon!

Yeah, very well done cleon! I couldn't say this pic was real or fake, FZ did look small, but the guitarist is closer to the photo and the other two have huge beards, so that's probably where the illusion comes from. This also goes to show how ridiculous one may feel when sarcasm goes wrong
