Mine is pretty abysmal too. I have a rule - when I buy, someone else rolls.

I've been told that "Sometimes, you smoke a joint, then can't remember if you just smoked one, or not. With yours, you always remember!" They call them "conversation pieces". I never get asked to roll at parties! (that's the good part!)

The last time I was asked to roll at a party, I politely declined, but I don't think they needed me to twist a doob.

I love big band too. I have an old 78 rpm wind up Victrola and 100's of mostly big band records. Nothin' like a little Artie Shaw or Helen Forest.

The word "retard."

Lately I've been saying it a lot: especially while I'm driving...

... or walking the dog, or standing in line at the bank, or watching TV, or looking in the mirror, or reading the Zappa Forum, or... you get the idea.

Do you have any of Ed Palermo's CD's ? Great arrangements of Zappa, big band style. Also pick up the Buddy Rich DVD, live in 78.
