He not only did organize the Zappa-concerts in germany, but also about the half (or more) of all important jazz-, rock- or popmusicians concerts. If you would put the list alltogether, it would be enough for a little encyclopedia. Others were Hendrix, Dylan, Doors, Who, Janis Joplin, Stones and a lot of others including Prince, Madonna and so on.
Rau also was promoter of the illfated Berlin concert (holiday in Berlin). His name appears in the song
shall we take ourselves seriously?. He also seems to appear in the uncle meat movie (which i don't know).
