Yes, there he is. Decent interview. But not much about his gear, which in his case is a pretty interesting topic. Also unusual for GP.

He wants to write and perform his own music at ZPZ shows. I think it's great that he wants to use the band for his own stuff. Jesus, who wouldn't want a band like that? However, respectfully, I don't go to every ZPZ show I can to hear anything other than FZ. Keep it separate and I'm all good.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll have to run out and get one. I've actually been thinking for awhile that that would be a natural evolution for him to start incorporating some of his own material into the show. I see the problem in that too, though.

Hi,

I would imagine that it would be about time that he graduated and played his own music ... but ... but ... but ... Dweezzzz ... what you are doing in so many ways is so much more important ... however, you are a person and deserve to be and have that right ... as long as you are not doing a tune for Brittany Spears in the middle of all the stuff you do at ZPZ, I think that I would enjoy it. ... and probably buy it.

Question is ... can you be, or are, as inventive and out there as your dad was? ... or you would not be doing what you are doing.

Everyone here should read this issue. Dweezil goes into great detail about his gear and ZPZ...

Well, he has put out plenty of records, and gigged extensively, pre ZPZ.
Undeniable FZ influence, but a lot of it stands on its' own two legs.
