"Anxiously await Mongers latest posts"
"Reads latest posts (is there any other poster that people read every word of every post?)"
"Berates Trendmonger for being the brown nosing butt licking delusional sycophant he is"
"Anxiously await next post"

Rinse and repeat since....2005? 2006?

"the dilligence required to get it done up to the standards of the composer can easilly be misunderstood".

Great! I like easy. Once I've misunderstood it am I free to go ahead and do what I want with it? (Provided I don't make any money from it, of course)

So, he loves his work! Whats the matter with that?

“Never hate your enemies. It affects your judgment.” ― Mario Puzo, The Godfather

I consider Trendy an enemy. A mild, ridiculous enemy, but still. Since we can't hang a sign around Trendy's posts that say "Read with the same level of trust as you would for The Onion", I figure this thread is the next best thing.

That's not my point.....but the diligence that it requires to understand my writings is easily misunderstood.

I don't consider him a enemy, but he is certainly a long winded gas bag...as a writer he bores me first and foremost, but beyond that some of the stuff he writes is pure non-senseical crap.

Bottom line he sets of my Crapdetector... :smoke

Finally! The Master looks up from his spiritual fondue and speaks:

Gary wrote on Aug 8, 2013 at 8:38 AM

"From pop to ambient domains of deviation from the norm, George Duke captured the essence where the aura will prevail. For those fortunate to see him perform live, the roads traveled were a chariot to the gods. His catalog as a muisician, composer and producer are a sermon to those willing to listen. With such, progress is possible. As I search through the databanks of my 50 years of life, there is a clarity where his footprints are etched on many paths. The note rings clear, one where Frank Zappa's influence had expanded George Duke's musical vocabulary to the far reaches of the universe.

"George had stated that Frank "Zappa was it's own genre of music". It was under Frank's direction where Frank Zappa The American Composer opened the door. Frank's teachings can not be understated. George's recent guest spot with Zappa Plays Zappa are one of the reminders of where the Muir Woods, where that particular redwoods forest is metaphorical of George's overal body of work, could not only Reach For It, but climb high above the clouds.

"The sad news of George's passing is a reminder that our time here on earth is shorter than we can immagine. The good news is that the aura of the good things that George made can prevail in our lives. I thank George for wielding the influence of his Dukey Stick. Rest In Peace"

Trendmonger ratted me off to Homeland Security. My threat to punch him in the nose a few months ago terrorized him.
