is this zappa on the cover of east village other ¿¿¿

april 1 1967, no other zappa content, photographer credit only: 'camera photo, no flash' ... shoulders look skinny enough to be zappa, was 100% sure, then a fellow z-archivist said nope, too jc-like, a very uncharacteristic pose for zappa & impossible to believe fz accepted the role of easter christ

hi-res face scan

the survival city article is about the east village, back page ad for the easter coast spring ball circus; easter could be someone from the east coast or east village - no response to email from the freakout! photographer, joel-peter witkin: a kind request by j-pw

I disapprove of the use of the word honker in that last post.
I find it offensive and degrading...
unless of course we are referring to the horn of an automobile.

That's what I think, too. Frank had a larger beak, snout, proboscis, hooter, bill, schnozz, snotlocker - it was a whopper!

Good job Bonny, your the Dutch Sherlock Holmes (will add that to your list of superpowers). Guy has added a very telling piece of evideance, while ones knows becomes larger with age, it's configuration (shape) remains mostly the same...notice the distinctive outward arch of Franks nose verses the straight line of the person in the photo of the cover...case closed... :smoke:

Don't you see the little bite marks at the top? That's how he knows it's mint.

It's an EASTER issue, so it must be Jesus Christ pictured during a relaxed moment. :!:

1. Jesus doesn't have "relaxed moments".

2. And let's just say he does... Easter would not be his time to relax.
Uh hello! Eggs do not hide themselves!

3. No hand scars.

Back to the drawing board, Mr. NUTS Guy.

You've assumed it's a post-crucifixion image.

Have you not read nor heard of the miracle of the five doobies and brewskis? :smoke:
