Where there any tour dates announced for the third leg of this tour (in reality, not fantasyland)?  I would guess yes because how does a leg of a tour get cancelled if dates have not been set/announced? Also, I am unfamiliar with how the second leg ended.  Where the last few dates of that leg cancelled or did they just stop after the last scheduled date of that leg?  Forgive me, I was 12 in '88.
