Um, I never heard that. In the Real FZ Book, he talks about how it didn't sell very well in America when it came out even though he "happen[ed] to like it a lot."

:D :D This is a typical example of a bad-humour awakening day by Zappa. :D :D :D :D :D

Well, I never heard this either, but one could argue that he must have been unhappy about some things on the original vinyl release or because of the limitations of the vinyl format. After all: the album was remixed for the cd release.

I'm only speculating here, because I've never heard the original lp. But the same goes for the overdubs on some other albums, like 'WOIIFTM', 'Ruben' or 'Sleep Dirt'.

You will enjoy them immensly. What a 3fer! Eat That Question, Peaches, Your Mouth . . . all in one package. Why didn't they do that when I bought those albums in the 1970s?

Your mouth is your religion.
You put your faith in a hole like that?
But you trust in your beliefs,
From all your jawing no relief have I found.

VCF
