I know, thanks Timms.

We collected her from the Vet today and burried her in my Mums garden. The vet said her injuries were so severe, part of her skull had been totally crushed, said she wouldnt have known a thing about it. At least she went quickly, thats something I can be thankful for. I is gonna miss my little fluffbag. Last time I let her out to play, I cuddled her and told her to be careful, so she knew I loved her.
Thanks everyone who responded to my post, you're all so kind.

Pink Floyd WAS Syd Barrett. I bought PIPER in 1967 just for the cover and loved the music. Found it very interesting that even Paul McCartney complimented that lp. He was asked about Sgt. Peppers and said " I don't know why everybody makes such a big deal out of Peppers , there was plenty of good music then , specifically Pink Floyd's Piper At The Gates Of Dawn ".
Both of those lps were supposivly recorded in the same building right down the hall from each other. If you listen to Peppers and Intersteller Overdrive ... you might hear some similar sounds

GONNA MISS YA SYD

His body is dead. The brain and personality were destroyed nearly 4 decades ago when he made the choice to down tab after tab of acid. Self induced dimensia/psychosis :P

June Allyson dies and all you people can talk about is this "Syd Barrett" person.

Bike

I've got a bike. You can ride it if you like.
It's got a basket, a bell that rings and things to make it look good.
I'd give it to you if I could, but I borrowed it.

You're the kind of girl that fits in with my world.
I'll give you anything, everything if you want things.

Thanks, Syd.
