Sad about Jon Lord. Made in Japan is one of my favorites.

How sad about all these losses,,,one right after the other. This is the first I've heard about Celeste Holm, loved her in Gentlemen's Agreement. I was just reading a book the other day, she was in one of the chapters. She was one that I thought would be around forever.

No! How sad. Tonight, I was going to watch some old videos I taped off tv (dvd player not working), one of the shows is Trailer Park, a great old Sci-Fi (sorry, Sy Fy) channel show. The host was Tom Davis, and he was very funny on it. Most of my friends hated the Franken and Davis segments on SNL, but I liked them...and I'm guessing it's because of the cringe-worthiness of some of them. Hey, you can make people uncomfortable and make 'em laugh at the same time. Will definitely be watching those old shows for sure.

Damn. I saw this pic you posted on another thread and I was trying to remember who that was with Garcia and Franken. I loved Franken & Davis.
Double damn.

I bought season 1 of Modern Family just to see what's the buzz. I see that one of the author is a certain Christopher Lloyd. Could it be the "Christopher Lloyd" of 'Back to the Future' or 'Addam's Family' ?
So, I Googled and ran into this Frenchs site
http://fr.necropedia.org/necrologie/Christopher_Lloyd
about his death.
Is it true ? Really ?
It appears that there's 2 Christopher Lloyd.
Nevertheless, I would be really sad if the real one passed away. There was no one, I mean NO ONE, that could do all those weird, odd and plain freaky characters that he did with such talent !
I hope it's not true.

Upon verification, it ain't true !
What a relief.
That's not one I would like to see disapear soon.

He was great with Jack in Coo-koo's Nest. 8)

The news of his demise is premature though.
