Thanks for your concern everyone; I had an electrocardiogram that revealed I had no heart problems at all. Lungs (amazingly) were also ok. The doctor advised a colon scan as my uncle died of colon cancer, so that's still to come.
Seems like it must have been really, really strong heartburn -difficult for me tell as I've never had it before.

That's great news! Glad to hear it!

"Colon scan?" What a misnomer! A more accurate name would be "Insertion of Colon Penetration Rod ."

Today I went in for an MRI of my brain. Good news: they found it the first place they looked...

The MRI shows he got a brain...so the trip to OZ was worth it then.
Actually in the hippo campus area, I see a slight disturbance in the memory lobe? Problemos or did they just tweak it to make it fit? Nice brain. How many years on it? Warranty?

I'm not having problems at the moment. My doctor is trying to determine the future course of treatment for a chronic condition I have. This particular image - one of about 500 - doesn't contain any useful information toward that end; but I thought you all would be amused to see that I have something resembling a brain.

We all knew you had one anyway, MTF.
Look after yourself and make the doctors look after you, too.

Didn't you post once about doing some kind of mental or brain puzzle to help you get a song out of your head?

Spent the day with my hand...*

Tonight I'm hoping for an accomplice with a rockin' rhythm section though.

*Mostly holding field glasses and watchin' the birds & fowl at the Vic Fazio nature reserve. It's the flood plain under the causeway where the Mexican split-tail bats stay on part of they're migration route to and from wherever the fuck they migrate to...I'm getting a little edgy (not to be confused with The Edge) it's time to eat, drink and play trick or eat me downtown.
Do a little dance, make a little love, get down tonight... or die tryin'!

Talk about a pain in the arse, I've ruptured a hemorrhoid (or two) I'm now using the special pillow with the hole in the middle, the pillow case has FZ's apostrophe photo on it, so I'm sitting on Franks face.....sorry Frank

Yes Doug there was blood and it was hell, their actually more painful before they burst, once they go it's quite a relief, until the next eye watering dump. I've had this delightful little inconvenience on and off for the last two or three years. The doctor usually prescribes something that goes up the poop chute, the last time it happened he was talking about an operation, to say I'm reluctant to go under the knife is an understatement. So at this stage it looks like I'll be sitting on Franks face for the next week or two....Doesn't get me off work though.

Get well soon Ghostie... eat more fibers, that can help a lot! Avocados, apples, brown bread, that stuff.
