Anything from Big Audio Dynamite, I could never understand their lack of popularity even among the alternative crowd since Mick Jones was the creative force behind The Clash. They had some success with a couple of albums, but it seems they were so far ahead of their time with sampling and flirting with early rap, that people missed the point. Higher Power is a master piece that weaves in and out of common themes, definitely one of my 5 desert island albums.

since when is it five and not three records? this is what no-one understands. All the planet for me alone, all the riches. ... matter-o'-fact now, gonna build an onboard compu'er with usb-connect for dream-skippers' tera-bitses. And on my shift, don't know about Kiirk, only Pamela, http://www.deliciousagony.com and the airwaves are crackling with life, magic at our fingers and is there yet a keg of blood-wine somewhere from the skirmish with them Klingons? what? all are sloshed? kay, then a break-through to the Isle of Small Wonders, hallo wake coffee please: http://s115.photobucket.com/albums/n283 ... ittier.flv :?

awhhrigh', legs onto the consoles and see wohappens.

http://s115.photobucket.com/albums/n283 ... =abcde.mp4

could someone look into the scanners and also verify where the next friendly technician rescue system is?...

... Mike Portnoy on his beat and all frequencies coming in on the wireless seem to be merely strange sounds.

I was always a Joe Strummer man myself. Although I have to admit that the one album the Clash released after Mick left "Cut the Crap" really was crap.

Hey Phlakaton... I listened to the Melt Banana song...pretty wild stuff. Would love to see them live. I hear they tour the US every so often.

I love BAD. E=MC2 is one of my all time favorites. Beat Box is great too.

I really like a lot of there late work, MegaTop Phoenix was the last album with the Rasta boys (very good weave of tunes, very British), The Globe is short but sweat, Higher Power is a tour De Force, and there last album F-Punk was an excellent merge of their brand and 90's alternative rock. By far the most underated band hands down.

Well, I love it and so does my wife, so that makes three of us!

Add in all the people I know, who dig it, and that makes 4!

I'm glad you do, but not the same song as Alex's Hammer Song.

I loveThe Bells by Lou Reed. Grumpy old Lou really hit a vein with this one. The production is sick, with all sorts of cheesy effects, synth drums and so on, and yet it works wonderfully. I don't mind Don Cherry's trumpet either...

One song is Miss Sarajevo by U2, Pavarotti almost makes me cry on this one.

I have to agree, although I think think that This Is England is one of their best songs.

I very well remember my sister laughing her ass off at the vocal stylings of Rona Nishliu on her incredible, heart-felt, tragic song Suus.

Hi,

Sorry ... I don't listen to songs.

I listen to music! As in a whole album, too!

Last time I plugged my iShodShit on my ear? About a year or so?

If you enjoy Frank's music ... songs is not where it's at ...
