What? How could anybody say Collins can't sing? Always found that he was a perfect match for Zappa's instrumental lines. Or did they think that Zappa "couldn't even sing", so he had to get someone else :? (that would be a strange standard of measurement)

I've always been crazy with that version - such a beautiful sound!

I've cleared the dancefloor once or twice with this little ditty (at reggae do's, I should add) so I've stopped playing it out, but it still goes loud and proud just nicely at home
