The reason I asked the question "Favorite Podcasts?" was to
find more podcasts to listen to. Do you have anything interesting?

Here's one for younze.

Jay and Silent Bob Get Old. It's a new show on the Smodcast site where Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes tell stories about their past, mostly centering around Jason's struggles with addiction.

I just found that one, too.
Mewes is funny as hell.

I love WTF and SModcast.

My current favorite is Never Not Funny with Jimmy Pardo. It's just funny guys shooting the shit for 90 minutes. The full episodes aren't free, but iTunes lets you sample the first 20 minutes of each episode.

Any more to recommend, by anybody? I've listened to WTF for the past 2 days and really like it.

Along with Never Not Funny, I've really been getting into Comedy Death Ray. Funny stuff.

Bill Burr's Monday Morning Podcast is very funny as well.
Also, Greg Fitzsimmons and Adam Carolla have great podcasts.

I've listened to Doug Loves Movies quite a bit (love it), WTF with Marc Maron (very good) and the Smith/Mewes podcasts got tiring for me after listening to a couple. I'm going to listen to Corolla and Death Ray tomorrow.

Comedy Death Ray can be a bit hit-and-miss, but it's usually pretty funny. It took me a few listens to get into the format. I actually just listened to an early episode (Episode 5) where Jimmy Pardo, as guest host, plays a couple of Zappa songs and calls him a genius.

Did you hear the two-part WTF with Louis C.K.? It's really good.

I'm getting to that too this week. I can listen at work so it makes the time go faster.

Bumping this thread to give a mention to a new podcast I came across. It's actually not really a podcast--it's a weekly radio show that's archived on iTunes: The Best Show on WFMU with Tom Scharpling. It took me a few listens to get into the rhythm of the show, but it's become strangely addictive. Tom's a funny guy.

The comedian Greg Proops has a live podcast called The Smartest Man in the World, and in the most recent episode, titled "Dogs," he answers an email asking what his opinion on Frank Zappa is. It's kinda neat. It shows up around the 41 minute mark.

Stumbled upon some more Zappa talk in Podcastland. Penn Jillette is on this week's WTF with Marc Maron, and he talks about what a huge influence FZ was on him. He said he actually followed the liner notes' instructions on WOIIFTM and read the Kafka story before listening to the final track. He even mentions Varese. Kinda cool.

wow I've just spend the day listening to the Scott Parker Zappa pod casts, fantastic, I've got a couple of Scotts early books, better check out the rest, and the Idiot Bastard Sons book on the 88 tour, mainly because of Ed Manns non endorsment.

Cheers for the recommendation
