This looks like it was taken in 1970 or 71, to me but on the left of the photo is a photo of Frank on the wall that looks it was taken in the late 70's?

Well, you could read The Real Frank Zappa Book to give you a good start. FZ dedicated a chapter to his dad.

Looking at would not say 1970 or 1971 though it looks like the photos are taken 1970 1971 Published 1971 sep 24th I still ain't convinced though.
