Hi There

My band is called 'Antique Seeking Nuns', and there is a fairly strong FZ influence to what we do. We live at:
www.antiqueseekingnuns.com

but you can also get some free tracks from
www.vitaminic.co.uk

The track 'Keeny Woka Phoola' should interest the Wazoo contingent among you, and will give you something to listen to until FZ:OZ comes in the post (maybe tomorrow???)

Cheers.

Matt

Some buddies of mine are touring at the moment. Indie Rock. Their drummer is a very committed Zappa freak.
Check - http://www.islandrecords.com/rubyhorse/index.las

I've been obsessively playing FZ at our shows now for years.... We used to be called DEJA VOO DOO and played Zappening 2000 under that moniker. Then we got a nice "cease & desist" order and had to change the name to PowderHouse. Check us out at http://www.powderhouseonline.com and/or www.dejavoodoo.com

Here is a pretty good review of it:
“Once it starts it never stops. The album is driving. No dead spots. There are very few perfect albums – albums like the first Ramones record, NoMeansNo’s Wrong, Rikk Agnew’s All by Myself – albums that inspire a desire to listen over and over again. Pretty Please by Minty Rosa is such an album. The voice is melodic and strong, punctuated with feeling. The music is punchy and heavy. An irresistible mixture of driving hard rhythm and melody, and at times slow and bluesy, the album manages to sound simultaneously vintage and modern. This is the second release from the band and the first full album. The production value is very high, the sound clear and powerful. The members of Minty Rosa have been playing for years in various bands in the northwest music scene and the experience shows clearly on this release. ”
David Raffin - Vision Nary

I am in a two-piece band (drums & guitar/bass/keyboard) called Everything Else. We play original songs as well as covers, alot of the time songs like What's The Ugliest Part Of Your Body, Joe's Garage and standards such as Louie Louie and Summertime Blues.

OC/DC - we do about 70% Bon Scott 30% Brian Johnson.

I think we may have the best all around Angus. Maybe not. Check the Vegas video on youtube.

I play bass guitar.

Half of my tracks are programmed and half contain live instruments. Most are instrumental, and the ones that aren't are mocking in tone.
