It seems to me like there are fewer Zappa clips being posted these days. Or am I being paranoid? Some stuff is even disappearing... I don´t know how to sustain my habit if this goes on much longer.

Anyone seen/heard this yet?

This is a Burt Ward/FZ collab from 1966, "Boy Wonder I Love You". FZ wrote and produced the song and contributed arrangements to it too. Some of the MOI appear on it as well as some of the same session musicians FZ used at the Freak Out and Lumpy Gravy sessions. A very good song, i'd say.

T.T.G. Studios, LA
June 9, 1966

Burt Ward--vocals
Dennis Budimir--guitar
Elliot Ingber--guitar
Eugene DiNovi--piano
James Zito--French horn, trumpet
George Callender--tuba
Plas Johnson--sax
Justin Gordon--b. clarinet, clarinet
Benjamin Barrett--cello
Roy Estrada--bass
Jimmy Black--drums

Very nice seeing Video From Hell, as I'd never seen. Zappatube is addictive.

This ladies and gentlemen, is pure post-rock abstraction (for the first six minutes, before we get the "Uncle Meat" theme) about 30 years before Labradford, Godspeed You Black Emperor and others started making sounds in similar fashion. And FZ plays piano!
