I just placed my order. :)

This was a very nice surprise. I think that this is the best way to do business. To announce the release when it's actually available, and ready for shipment. I have in the past pre-ordered stuff when it was announcer, but I much prefer to be informed when it's actually available instead of the was OZ was released. I pre-ordered it, and then the delays...... etc. You all know the story. I'm really not complaining about it. I will order every release as they are made available.

While I already have a copy of this, it's nice to see it Officially released and I'm always happy to buy the Official releases.

It's a shame that this is Not a full show, but instead a compilation of two shows. Since the MTV Live broadcast is already available on a trade DVD in Perfect quality, I was surprised that this compilation was posted, instead of either the complete 'other' show, or a 2 disc set of Both Shows. Oh well........

If Frank put it together, than this is what He felt was the best stuff from the two shows to make available to the public for consumption. I can't complain with That! Now How many different Compilations were made from these two shows? I know there were a few different titles.

Thank You Gail for making this surprise available to all of us. The world Needs more Zappa music, and this is a Excellent choice. I love this bands Line-up~

Now Please release An Evening With Wild Man Fischer on CD! I would love to hear this from the Masters. I understand that Joe unearthed some Outtakes equal to a full 3rd LP worth of Wild Man Fischer Outtakes, And I was also told that when The DeRailroaded Film was being made, that you were willing to allow An Evening with WMF to Finally be made available on CD. What happened? Will it eventually be made available to us on CD? I would buy a few copies myself If it ever comes out.

- Michael in Philly

excellent news ....... hope to see a PAL version too ??

watching that clip of black napkins, it's funny peculiar how it seems slower than the version i have downloaded/seen on youtube (you see him interviewed with nina whatshername so it's not sped up on that version), maybe cos of the phased sound somehow on the guitar.. which i can't say i'm too keen on really.

Excellent news. I have a shitty 3+hr VHS boot of this gig(s), that I've watched several times, but not in years. I can hold out 'til August though and get it at the show along with "One Shot Deal".

I hope this DVD has Teenage Prostitute, Joe's Garage, & Sinister Footwear II on it. I've seen those on the youtube, but they're not on my tape.

It will work in a DVD rom, but not in any regular DVD player. :(

I was thinking when ZPZ played mtv footage on the 2006 shows it was due for release
Is this the full show can remember where me and Timmo was on one thread and got it down to the full concert(Every time i downloaded it something was missing)
Extra's got too be YAWYI PLUS?

My god. Johnny, you are getting older and milder. A few years back you would have written "REHASH" all over the place, as this indeed is a DVD issue of an earlier VHS issue. 8)

So what is on this? Is it the complete MTV show that goes around on Zappateers? Regardless, still a great release if that is what it is. 2 hours of the 81-82 band in pristine quality. 8)
