I've stumbled upon this photo many times and I've never known the circumstances behind it or recognized the people in it.

I've read about it somewhere, but just can't remember where. The guys in the hats are radio station employees, I think.

Here you are Cleon. In here we can see you quoting GreenHocher, which has subsequently been removed. The act of you referring to it has, in my words 'fossiled' the original post. The post I referred to originally which has now disappeared.
