It's not a standard phpbb function, but there is a mod out there for it.

Here's another vote for an Ignore function! I think I've mentioned it a few times, too. Shame this forum's come to this.

Ooh, I'm all tingly with anticipation.

No, wait: that's just the five Red Bulls I just drank...

Actually you'd be much better off if you'd just ignore posts of certain people, without clicking on a button.

I won't enable a new ignore function, I don't need that, I already use my own by selectively ignoring someone's desperate posts...

IMO these desperate posts are as annoying and harmful as the spam in my mailbox.
Combining the RSS + Ignore functions, I hope being able to read the Zappa Forum relevant posts directly through my iGoogle page along with my mailbox, favorite news sites, etc.
I do not have enough time on my hands to separately connect to many different websites and then skip a shitload of irrelevant information.

I've been ignoring posts and threads for years. Sometimes I even ignore myself.

I've been ignoring a pm from BS for several months. Should I finally open it and read what he wrote?

There may be a bit of a good laugh in there! Hope you're slightly masochistic...

Actually I tried to make an RSS for the Zappa forum. Maybe I can dig up the work-in-process... I never mastered the GIF animator.

Holy crap - not sure if the friend/foe feature had been there all along or if it's a recent addition but I just discovered it and now, for me, this board has improved 100%.

Well, you won't have to use it on Isaac, Help I'm A Zombie or jimmie d. They've all been pre-ignored...
