Once upon a time, way back a long time ago when zappa.com consisted of nothing more elaborate than infrequently answered FAQs, Dances enquired about Jimmy Carl Black's medical problems. Well, after battling leukemia for seven years, he now has inoperable lung cancer. He leaves hospital in Germany on Monday (1 September) to undergo chemotherapy as an out patient.
