Mrs.Plook is doing well, the Daughters Plook are working well together, the Elder has to return to Long Beach tonight and I fly tomorrow. The home health nurse will start wednesday. I don't want to go, but the money and insurancea are what keep the boat afloat...

Back in 2010 when they had to open me up again to fix a complication from my original surgery, they decided not to give me antibiotics because the ones they gave me the first time started fucking up my liver. Consequently the wound collapsed and I had to have a nurse coming around every day for four weeks after I went home. We have this organisation here called RDNS and they're brilliant.

Well here I am in Denver and I agree, the nurse that came by to go over everything Saturday was great...I just didn't like the idea of leaving, but its probably better for both of us that I keep the ball rolling... :|

I slept my ass off last night, I definitely have some form of exhaustion, getting up at 2:00am to go to the airport yesterday probably did not help. I bet I was snoring super loud too, one time I left my door open in South Lake Tahoe when I was exhausted like this and they sent a swat team in because of the noise...lol...true story.

Well I am headed to St.Louis later this morning, got both audits in Denver (that was a little tricky), two days in Mo and then off to Milwaukee. Having this Premier flying status is pretty cool, I got seat 1A and had the first row behind first class, sooner or later I may get upgraded to 1st class on the big plan.

Mrs.Plook sees the doctor today for results, good I hope she catches a break, she deserves it... :|

Well we got the news and its a mixed bag...the tumore was 2 1/2 cm, the margins clear, there was postive results in the lymph nodes, and her blood count is good...bottom line stage 2 or 3.

They do not think she will need additional surgery, but 6 months of chemo will be needed with a 80% to 90% chance that there will be no return.

I don't know what to say other than I am calling it good news, but I'm not the one who will have to go thru chemo... :|

No talk of radiotherapy, then? If she can miss out on that it would be great. My wife found the chemo perfectly "ok" in comparison to the radiotherapy.

Well bro,it sounds like they've identified what, how big, where it is exactly and how far it's spread. That's all good. Now the fight begins.I hope it's an easy win for her.
If she has any problem with nausea from the chemo, there are alot of easy recipes for pot edibles.Even icecream. It worked for me when I couldn't stop that feeling with anything else.I hope she doesn't need it for that of course, but it is a viable alternative to feeling nauseus for months on end.
Mrs.Plook will be here to see Izzy graduate college, get married and have great-grand kids for her to coddle and spoil and all that stuff. Please give her my best and I wish her to get well asap! I hope it's not too uncomfortable for her. {-

Well I am going to try to have some fun is Wisconsin to get my mind of things for a couple hours, PenguinInBondage was nice enough to get tickets for the ZPZ concert in Madison on Saturday and we are going to the show together.

I will tell you PIB is a really good guy and has turned out to be a good friend to me and I am glad I met him. That goes for others on the forum I have met in my travels, it's a good group of people we have here.

If anyone else is going to the show lets meet up, drop me a note here or a PM and will have some fun!

Mrs.Plook is doing well all things considered, her very cool aunt is staying with her so that helps. There are snow flurries this morning in Milwaukee, but I think the weather will hold for the show tonight. This should be fun!

Good luck on the SC,I did what I could from here.Have a blast like I do. You don't have to dance to Dancin' Fool. You couldn't touch me anyway,I'm that good at being bad! HA! You've seen me in action.

Sounds like Mrs.Plook is in good hands and some time alone with just another woman that's a relative or friend can be very cathartic for her and you too. 8)

Have a good time Plook and say hi to the guys and DZ too of course.! {-
