Plook - it's so difficult to write something that isn't a platitude. You and Mrs. Plook are in my and Mrs. Caputh's thoughts...

All I can do is put on The Doors and wait it out with ya Plook. This is so fucked man. This is really, really, fucked man. We all feel so useless at times like this, so it's good we got other ZappaFreaks and the music man. Don't forget Frank. He got us here with a common bond we didn't have before ... his music.
About cancer y'all, we gotta fight that shit, right? Get all organized and stuff. Or not? It's beatable imho if and or;

A: You have the $$$ and time to shop around
B: Early diagnosis 8)
C: We find and distribute a cure :D
D: I gave at the office ain't making it anymore :x

E: It's not made political ...not on this thread fer sure.

I'm with the letters C and E too, for all of us.

We love ya Plook, stay the course, tough as it may be (easy for me to say). We're all here for ya man. We got the numbers to prove it. 8)

Terri is just too weak to transport, we are gathering everyone and we will remove the ventilator tomorrow morning.

Women from all over are calling devastated, Terri is a leader among women, she helps so many…she can be a sister, a mother, a mentor, or just a friend…she crosses the race lines, socio and economic lines and is loved by all. Women as well as men always want to be near her and know her.

Her spirit is strong and we have been getting cooled calls for two days from people saying they had dreams or feelings something was wrong with Terri.

For you doubters out there, as I have said she helped raise many girls to women and one who was with us for a couple years who we hadn’t seen for about 6 or 8 months called last night. She had a dream the night before that all the girls were little and were playing with Terri and she turned into a white bird and flew away.

All I can say for me, simply put, she is the best part of my life…I am crushed.

So sorry to hear, Plook. You have been extremely strong throughout this process and I know what kind of woman Terri has been through conversations had during our hangouts over the years and your now-infamous "Plook on Tour" thread. If there is anything I can do, surely let me know!

Everything you've said about Terri is true. She's always had a special vibe, I picked up on that right away a few summers back. It's been my pleasure to know her, she was gracious to everyone around her, including me, she will be sorely missed by all, of that I'm sure.
Take care of yourself Plook, we wouldn't want to lose you too. Besides, now you have to pick up the slack where she left off, raising/spoiling your grandkid/s and counseling your two daughters. That's a full time job and they need you now more than ever bro'.

Shit. Shit. Shit.
I am so sorry man. Words are lame. Just make the best and the most of the time you guys have together and know that you did everything there was to be done. You have my thoughts.

Sam's right. All the words from all the ivory towers and secret basements anywhere are just that -words. Just know that we think you and Terri are great people - I hope it helps a bit.

Thank you so much Bonny, my father always said white butterflies were angels of our lost relatives and my wife has always told our children and now Izzy, that.

Today as I stood outside the rehab and talked on the phone a giant Monarch butterfly hovered over my head for some time, an angel waiting to escort my wonderful wife to her next mission to re-decorate heaven, God may get more than he asked for, she will really spruce the place up.

Thank you all for your support I’m crushed my heart is broken, I had to sign the life support removal forms today and it is just a horrible thing to have to do.

As of now we are having an event in town this Sunday Kapt. Kiirk and KU I would like it very much if you were there and anyone else that can make it…more details to come…

Thank you all so very much for your support.

I'm so sorry about Terri, your wife, your life, bro'. The Plook family has all my support, of course I'll be there.

I'm still at a loss for meaningful words. Just know that, while you're letting go of someone dear, you're surrounded by friends and family. And us.

I will be attending your Sunday sendoff in spirit, save me a chair.
