Plook - Did you see this? Alice Cooper was out at Peach Tree Tuesday morning before his concert with Motley Crüe at the amphitheater.

Flying? 330 miles each way is a long trek in a car.

Terri & I drove to Morro Bay twice a year since 1999, I got that drive!

I'm thinking about the Louisville show. Approximately 300 miles. No problem on the drive. I'm just afraid to drive my old car that far. It's a '93 Regal with 215,000 miles on it. Been a hell of a car, but I'm afraid to try to take it on a road trip.

The Inn at Morro Bay, Terri's favorite spot....its on the bay in the sanctuary, totally awesome throw back location, sleepy little ocean town feel.

Had some friends over last night made a nice dinner and listened to some tunes then went to a couple bars, shoot pool and even did a karaoke song. Did not drink to much and had fun, that staying out late just kicks my butt, since I probably don't get enough rest anyway.

Going to play my elitist round of golf in the morning, I'm really excited about the trip next weekend, the Inn is the sweet spot.

What was the karaoke song?
If i am forced to, I do an acceptable version of rhinestone cowboy.
I have also put people down to do la bamba - sounds like it would be a doddle til you see the lyrics.

It turned out to be much more difficult than it seemed on the radio, we were attempting to be contemporary so we went with Arctic Monkeys – Do I Wanna Know…

There are no acceptable versions of Rhinestone Cowboy.

Unless, of course Al Di Meola covers it.

Whah?? Glen Campbell owns it!
I've also done the ketchup song - I planned ahead and took a week to 'learn' the words (or the sounds).

Had a pretty good round of golf, shot 88, made a birdy put over 30 feet and chipped in for pair, the dam double boogies are killing me had 6 of them. I was hitting my 3 wood on a hole and there was an unseen root under my ball and the club caught it solid and the inside forearm muscle on my right arm is swollen as hell, may need to ice it.

I took one of Terri's pills, holy shit, I had no idea! (I don't take anything but Advil)...My my my those things are strong, I actually took half and I was in la la land all afternoon...Izzy and I were in the pool for some time, then I made dinner and we were watching TV and I just slipped off.

Terri took so much of those medications I can't even imagine what she went through... :(

As a faraway friend can I be bold and ask you to flush Mrs P's pills away Plook....Some of that stuff can be poison to a blue Plook and no good will come from them....

Believe it or not Amber (Miss Scientist) is a little bit of a doomsday preeper, we throw out most of the pills as part of the general clean-up/re-group we did after Terri passed. Amber told me to hang on to a couple of the more universal drugs just in case, I'm not much of a pill guy or I would have done something with the thousands of dollars of medications we disposed of (I'm not kidding, we throw out so many pills).

The pill worked my aching arm was not aching anymore...

I don't see anything wrong with whatever you do in moderation. Just be careful. Some of us do care about you.
