I'm just trying to give Mr. Maps some helpful hints. Of course he is free to post anything he wants and I am free to reply as I see fit. In Mr. Maps case, it was either try to give him a little advice or ignore him completely like what is happening on the secret word threads. I'm just trying to teach him some table manners so he can sit comfortably at the adult table.

Yeah, I am not sure which particular table I belong at. Or Under.
But... I got all of the hints and little nonchalant jabs. I saw them all.
Even if it appeared as if I wasn't (p)looking.

I was just having too much fun flexing that goofball muscle.
We all go there from time to time. I guess I just get a little bit too comfortable there.

Sorry. Now I am Back. Back again. Back against the wind of change is gonna come on get happy days are here again!

No really... now.

We have an awesome Mexican place too, but they don't serve beer. I don't eat at the local Chinese restaurant. They were caught taking in a road kill deer one day. The only reason they didn't shut it down. They claimed they were taking it home for personal eating. Since it had not been served to any customers yet, the law couldn't touch them.

Plook is literally correct about the crappy town designation. Rand McNally once named it the worst place to live in the United States. I used to live there too. See Philo, you don't have it so bad.

Yeah. That's where all the hot chicks are at, Red Robin. Actually, when it's your birthday there you will get a lot of attention. In all seriousness though, I LOVE Red Robin burgers and salads.

All though we lack cool stuff and the people running things couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag, we have super low crime and where I live it is a very nice suburban neighborhood. It is a good place to raise children, that was very attractive to Terri and I.

We were preparing to move to the central coast when along came Izzy, we could never move away from her, and that still stands for me. In fact after reconnecting with all the girls we helped and hearing them express how much Terri and I influenced them, it makes one think they are successful in life if one does nothing else.

Now as Bonny would say, it's time to go play my elitist round of golf...

If she sucks at it as much as I do, she still won't feel rich and elitist.

Bonny, I have faith in you. You would be a good golfer.

Plookster---good for you! Hope you have a nice lunch and keep the convo light. Red Robin isn't a bad place to luncheon...that reminds me, I have a forgotten gift card from them in my wallet. Best use it next time I work late so I can get dinner. Safe travels on your next tour dates, pal! :)

Here's the big question: How many "dates" until you tell her about this thread?!!

I tell everyone about this thread and all the wonderful people here (even Meagan Zappa!)... :o

I am an open book...what you see is what you get (plus Movie Star Hair...lol)...

I just want to talk it may be a while before any kind of romance will be on the table, that is strange to even think about, but I never count anything out...

Is it still a three date minimum for that kind of thing...god it has been a long, long time... :smoke:

BTW made it to Mojave just fine... 8)
