Hey guys, a film I co-produced, co-created (we didn't write a script but the story was developed into an outline which actors then improvised off of, so that's why I don't say co-written), and acted as Visual Effects Supervisor on just came out on DVD yesterday. (US/Canada)

Check out the trailer at http://www.wormthemovie.com and if you can please like us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Worm.2013 and/orhttps://www.facebook.com/Untrademarked (Investors SERIOUSLY look at "like" counts now, so if you do nothing else, please help a fellow zappa-fan out with that.

And if you want to treat this thread like an AM(almost)A then please ask away.

For those international peeps, we are working hard to secure international distribution and will hopefully have some news soon for those of you in English-speaking countries.

You guys (and gals) rock, thanks for the time!

Liked and liked and liked (the two Facebook pages and the trailer). I'll add this to my next amazon shopping spree. It's looks well worth the investment. Congratulations!

http://www.amazon.com/Worm-John-Ferguso ... words=Worm

I decided to lurk again tonight. Might have sensed a vibration.

Thanks man.

I was going to post in your thread about the beefheart box, but caught up a couple threads back. I too will be enjoying that as it comes out on my birthday.

I haven't forgot you Grim. A little later than I promised, but I just ordered this the other day with the new Zappa documentary and The Electric Don Quixote book. Nothing has shipped yet. Hopefully, I'll have it in time to watch next weekend.

Good news for you! Don't know if my parents would let me buy a film and ship it, but I'd really like to watch it. I'll tell you when I buy it.

Got a shipping notice for Worm and The Electric Don Quixote book. The Zappa doc immediately went to backorder, which I expected. I got an email notice that it will deliver the week of the 20th.

And because options are always a wonderful thing, here is the new Amazon VOD release:

Looks cool. It takes balls to improvise a film.

I'll definitely check it out.

Our primary output has been 48hour film competition shorts, so when we did our first feature, we basically just did a longer version of one of those. Same style, improv, quick and dirty. We've been working together for years so their is a comfort level that allows for that likely absent on most 'professional' sets.
