I live in the Northern (Fryslan) part of Holland, and so far nothing much happened over here...<br><br>Ever since the murder on Theo last week, i've been cynically thinking that from now on things are gonna get worse here in the Netherlands.<br><br>A feeling only made stronger by the fact that on the same day that Son Of A Bush was re-elected...<br><br>I hope that we keep our sanity and try to avoid letting a small group of people screw things up for everyone else.<br><br>Holland used to be such a nice little country, but right now, i am not really sure what to think anymore.<br><br>The murder on Theo was wrong, but by burning down schools and places of worship we're not gonna get any closer to any real solution.<br><br>So, i'd wish all those idiots who are doing these things should think about the consequenses of their acts and the influence of them on society<br><br>Abby

about 10 years ago the school where my parents lived in Holywood, co.down, UK,  sufferd a similar ( well not that similar really ) attack. some mentally unbalanced ex-pupil somehow made a DIY flamethrower out of a fire extinguisher and burst into the sports hall. there was an exam on at the time and several pupils got burned - including my parents next door neighbours kid. <br><br>scary stuff. <br><br>mungo
