Welcome to Duck, Duck, Goose! Phaze II Last Page Phaze I

The problem with the original thread here is that it is so broken it doesn't even show up in the Randomonium list, but it is still there and because, obviously, Bonny was the most important poster in that thread and her user name survived the upgrade, her pictures are still there. So, you can use the above link to access those. I hear Bonny is really busy at the moment but I'm sure she hasn't given up on requests.

What about Featherly Bozzio? I saw a Vic Firth video of him playing the black page in a kit w/ all those crazy cymbals...

 Nice name!

I based the pic on the cover of Magna Carta's Bozzio sampler called "Prime Cuts"

That drum kit is a nightmare... so I left most of it black...

After a long time of being on my "unfinished" pile, I finally made my Colour Yourself Jerry Goosia! Save this pic, open it in your favourite picture program (I love Photoshop myself) and have fun!

Say anyone have any tips on people I really must include on my greatest guitarists list? Apart from Eric Quackton?

Jan Kwakkerman? Never! He once said the music of FZ is "the Birdie Song for intellectuals".

Jeff Beak

Peter Frampton! Good idea!

David Quillmore is also a great idea!

But who's John McQuacklin?

The Birdie Song for Intellectuals ?? I thought that was Peter Gabriel's doing !!

that would be John McClaughlin (sic) from the Mahavishnu Orchestra fame.

Hope you are doing well bonny use my message box it works...

Exactly.

Not that he ever was a favorite of mine, I just thought his name was suitable for a Quack. 8)

It's been a while since my last Duck, but when the local music store sent us a brochure with Michael Angelo Batio on the cover, I couldn't resist making this:

I also remember it being clear when L Shankar's Touch Me There first came out that McLaughlin was playing the hard guitar parts on Darlene. But, neither my copy of the vinyl (which I bought as a replacement for the original I bought when it first came out but went missing) nor my copy of the CD mention John McLaughlin as playing on that track. He's included in the thanks on the vinyl that's listed at Donlope but not on the one I have. So what happened there?

Sure... But part of the recognition lies in typical well-known settings. Basically I'm just drawing Donald Duck every time, usually holding a Strat, and that's a bit dull (hence Beaktio), plus the Ducks don't usually turn up unique. I'd love to put 'em in a comic setting some day. And with the holidays coming up, I've got the perfect occasion!
